2013 : TEDIS PHARMA BF commenced its operations.
The main site in Ouagadougou is strategically located for efficient product reception and distribution throughout the country, in conjunction with our two other sites.
We receive over 100 containers per year containing a wide range of constantly evolving products.
Our storage facility has ample capacity to accommodate over 6000 registered products.
We have implemented a fast motorcycle delivery service.
The goods receiving department actively participates in container unloading under the supervision of the Responsible Pharmacist.
We utilize a highly advanced computer software that manages and ensures the smooth operations of product reception, delivery, and invoicing, while incorporating quality control elements required by Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
We offer an extranet, Pharma-ML, and a telemarketing service operating 7 days a week for order placement.

We contribute to the growth of pharmacies through effective support solutions. We offer to strengthen of the capabilities of pharmacy staff through training programs.
