2018 : Acquisition of SOCOPHARM by the TEDIS group, transforming it into TEDIS PHARMA TOGO SA, with a capital of €2,365,236.
March 2019 : Commencement of wholesale distribution activities.

We also offer logistics services, which have been implemented since September 2021 through a private-public partnership with CHEMONIC (US AID), following a tender process.
